​My wellness coaching journey began after I found myself burnt out in 2020 during the beginning of my fourth audition season as an actress in New York City. Discovering my own path to wellness ignited a deep passion for helping individuals achieve balance and peak performance in their daily lives. With extensive training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I have honed my skills in guiding clients through personalized wellness plans that enhance their overall well-being, both on and off the stage.

In addition to my work in wellness, I have a rich background in acting and singing, performing on stages and screens across New York City and beyond. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Acting and Musical Theatre at Marymount Manhattan College. My passion for theatre extends beyond the stage, with experience in producing, directing and teaching. As a teacher, I love sharing my expertise in acting and singing with students, helping them unlock their full potential through vocal techniques, character development, improvisation and scene analysis. I have recently taught at the Franklin Brentwood Arts Academy in Nashville and the School of Rock in New York.

My personal philosophy is rooted in the belief that true success in the performing arts comes from a harmonious blend of technical skill and personal well-being. I approach coaching and teaching with a holistic mindset, focusing not only on developing my clients' artistic abilities but also on nurturing their mental, emotional and physical health. By fostering a supportive and inspiring environment, I empower performers to achieve confidence, creativity and stage presence through a holistic balance between life and art.
