I realized recently I’ve been experiencing something as a musician that not everyone gets to see up close.

Someone new joined our company, outside of a music industry background, and I don’t know exactly what they expected walking in, but it was their first time in a room full of musicians just being in it together.

A few people gathered around a piano, no production, no agenda, just music for the sake of it.

And they were genuinely blown away.

You could see it on their face, that shift. Like they realized music isn’t only something you watch from a distance. It’s something you’re inside of. Something that connects everyone in the room without needing anything explained.

That’s the part that always gets me. Music isn’t performance first. It’s presence. It’s connection. It’s people.

This is why I keep making music, the people and the moments.

I saw The Lost Boys on Broadway and… wow.

My jaw was on the floor for most of the show. The performances, direction, design, and sheer theatricality were incredible from start to finish.

Brava to everyone involved 👏

It’s rare that I leave a Broadway theater immediately wanting to see a show again, but this one has me seriously considering a second trip. Based on the conversations I’ve had about this show, I’m not the only one.

The Tony nominations make complete sense and I’m excited to see how many wins follow.

This is a milestone I’ll cherish forever… I was officially pinned as a Lamb and performed at my very first Frolic with @thelambsinc 🐑✨

The Lambs is America’s first professional theatrical club, founded in 1874, where generations of actors, writers, directors, and creatives have gathered to share stories, spark ideas, and celebrate the craft we love. To now be part of this living history, joining the ranks of so many legendary storytellers, is beyond humbling.

I’m so honored to join this legacy and excited to contribute my voice, energy, and passion to the next chapter.

I’ve met so many warm, talented members already, and I can’t wait to connect with even more fellow creatives!
